  3. We make you an offer that needs to work for both parties.
  4. Sale and Rent Back – is governed under the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)

When Might it not work for you?

  1. If you have a mortgage above 75% Loan to Value  then there wont be enough in the deal to work for both parties.

  2. If you need to get 100% of the market value then there wont be enough in the deal for both parties
